Purpose (draft statutes)
The fund collects and disburses resources for generally beneficial purposes, individual humanitarian aid to eligible recipients, volunteering support, and development of the Rovas digital platform and related applications.
The fund does not conduct business activity. Resources are not used to finance political parties.
Operational sustainability
Operating costs are a transparent project on Rovas — donors may support that project too. No fund skim is taken from gifts earmarked for other projects.
